Installation

Find your Football Manager folder. Its typical location is: Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2019.
If it doesn't contain a folder called "graphics", create it: Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2019/graphics.
Unpack the file you downloaded. It should contain a folder called "dvx-logos".
Copy the folder "dvx-logos" into the "graphics" folder: Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2019/graphics/dvx-logos.
Go to game Preferences > Interface, disable "Use caching to decrease page loading times" and enable "Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences".
Click Confirm.
After the skin has been reloaded, the new logos should be in use.
Sometimes it may be necessary to clear the skin cache for the logos to appear. To do this go to Preferences > Interface and click "Clear Cache". Then reload the skin to make the logos appear.

This pack will never be the most extensive, but maybe other things will compensate for it.

That may be, but you can easily combine it with the standard logos.

It is indeed possible to combine logopacks. Just put the packs in the graphics folder and make sure the preferred pack is above the other(s). That means named so that it is alphabetically/numerically "earlier" than the rest.

The DVX Logos FM19 pack does still have a very adequate coverage in many countries, and a very good coverage in some as well - Germany included in the latter category.

Being an Austrian, the leagues are more interesting to me. But we are well equipped as I see, great.

Austria should be reasonably well equipped. I thought I had added logos for all the Regionalliga sides, but it looks like two are missing their badges. The clubs have pretty low reputations, so if you have a save going on with the out of the box game, they should not be immediately appearing in an active league.

The Man Utd logo is, at least for now, excluded from the pack. This is due to the displeasure the club has expressed about the usage of their logo in different FM graphics packs.
