Trainingseinheiten für ...

weiß jemand welche trainingseinheiten folgende aspekte fördern ?

Torhüter:
- Abwurf
- Herauslaufen

Feldspieler:
- Sprungkraft
- Entscheidungen
- Aggressivität

im büchlein hab ich nichts gefunden. und um wie viele einheiten kan man den jeweiligen wert max. steigen lassen durch das intesive training ? z.b.: ich hab nen talentierten jungen innenverteidiger, doch dem fehlts am stellungspiel. durch das intensive training kann ich ja den wert steigern lassen, doch wie weit kann denn das gehen ? wißt ihr das ? und hat das überhaupt einen sinn ?

Hallo !

Irgend ein Grieche hat mal für den Meistertrainer 4 die Details zum Training veröffentlicht. Ich habe das mal in einer Excel-Datei zusammengefasst, da sieht man, welche Trainingseinheiten wieviel Punkte pro Eigenschaft bringen. Ist sehr interessant ! Seitdem lasse ich auch meine Stürmer öfter mal Verteidigungs-Standards üben !

Leider werden deine Fragen dadurch nicht beantwortet, da die meisten dieser Eigenschaften (z.B. Entscheidungen) durchs Traininig evt. überhaupt nicht beeinflusst werden können und andere (Sprunkraft) nur indirekt, z.B. durch Fitness.

Lies Dir die beiden Sticky-Threads zum Training durch. Die Texte von Lyssien (cmgreece) habe ich damals für CM03/04 übersetzt. Seitdem hat sich am Training nicht soviel geändert. Allerdings haben Lyssiens Trainingspläne im FM2005 nicht mehr so riesigen Erfolg. Die Erkenntnisse, welche Einheiten sich in welcher Form auswirken, gelten aber immer noch.

aber hier mal der erste post und die korrektur von lyssien:

Many people don't like to touch the training side of Football Manager 2005 because they think it is far too complicated to get right and understand. When in actual fact training on Football Manager 2005 is very simple to get the hang of and understand. It may seem complicated but it isn't, don’t be afraid to have a try and experiment. So if you use the assistant manager to take control of training then you may find hardly any improvements on your players over time, a lot of players stay the same when the assistant manager is taking control of training. I would advise that you take a good 30 minutes or so out to try and set up training regimes that you're players will actually benefit from. While ordinary schedules and a few coaches will see you manage there is a much bigger part to FM. A more carefully planned training schedules that fits your players you have available to you will be far better than any pre set one. To help you grasp training you first must understand that in FM a player has 2 hidden statistics they are current ability and potential ability.

The red and green arrows in the player’s profiles show the overall effect of training for each individual player. The red and green arrows change almost every week and at times it can leave you wondering if a player is improving or not. If you see a lot of red arrows in a particular week or month don't worry too much it could just mean the player or players in question might not have improved much from the previous week. Don't panic and make rash changes to your training schedules because the schedules could actually be working. It is best to not judge or compare player’s improvements until you have used the schedules for at least one season or possibly longer. You have to understand that every single player will progress at different speeds depending on a number of factors. A player over the age of 28 will not improve as quick as an 18 year old player as the 28 year old should already be pretty much developed. In fact it is not at all un common for a player of the age 28+ to start declining in some stats, as older players don't improve much because they deteriate more.


It is up to you how you create you schedules and how many you choose on using, but I would strongly advise that you use more than just one schedule for all your players. After all you don’t want your strikers concentrating too much of their time on the defensive duties now do you. To start off with I would create a Goalkeeping schedule, a Defensive schedules, a Midfield schedule and then a Strikers schedule. I would create these to just to start off with and become familiar with how the training side works. And then once you have a better understanding branch out even further and create regimes for Full Backs, Defensive Midfielders and Attacking Midfielders. The advantages of creating so many regimes are the fact you can make specific players train on the stats that their positions require them to use. But the down side is your players will be spread out over many schedules so your team might never train all together at the same time. Then once you have figured out which regimes you want to try and create, it is a matter of finding how intense you want the regimes to be and what attributes you want to focus on the most.


To give you more of an idea as to what each training schedule improves I am going to list them all now. Remember the numbers are based on a scale of 0-7 with 7 been the best.

As you can see the training schedules are split into nine different areas. Them being; Fitness, Ball control, Movement, Team Work, Set Pieces, Shot Stopping, Reflexes, Tactics and Shooting. Now I will try and give you a little indication of what stats fall under which category.

Fitness -Acceleration, Jumping, Ball Control, Strength and Stamina,

Ball Control - Balance, Technique, Dribbling,First Touch and Passing.

Movement - Is mainly for marking and tackling

Team Work - Helps your team play as a unit and learn a better understanding of each other.

Set Pieces - Free Kick, Corners, pens and throw-ins

Shot Stopping and Reflexes - for keepers only

Tactics - Decisions, Positioning, Off the Ball. Both Defence and Attack

Shooting - Long Shots and Finishing

Now you have an indication of what improves what it is down to you to choose which training activities you want your training regimes to focus on. A player can improve his overall skill level for his position by improving on his current ability through a good training regime. Players with an average skill but a high potential can be greatly improved with an efficient training regime and a team of coaches with the highest stats you can currently afford to pay for. You’re best Goalkeeping coach should just coach the keeper .While the ones with higher ratings for working with youngsters should work with youngsters. I’m my opinion the more coaches you assign to training the better effects you get. Also remember going over the dotted lines in the training regime can tire your players out more, especially if the overall bar is over the dotted line it is probably far too intense and can cause more injuries than usual.

Cleon, I must mention some corrections here:

Fitness -Acceleration, Jumping, Strength and Stamina

So no "Ball Control" involved.

Ball Control - Balance, Technique, Dribbling,First Touch, Passing, and Agility.

So +Agility.

Movement - Marking, Tackling, Off the Ball, Positioning.

So +Off the Ball, Positioning.

Set Pieces - Free Kick, Corners, pens.

So no "Throw Ins". Actually there is no "Throw Ins" attribute in the game (if there is in the db, it's not taken into account).

If you mean "Long Throws", this attribute doesn't change.

Reflexes - Agility, Balance and Dribbling for Outfield players, plus some attributes for Goalkeepers.

So this one is for outfield players too (or so it was last time I checked, haven't looked into it for a while).

Tactics - Decisions, Positioning, Off the Ball, Influence.

So +Influence.
