Championship Manager 4 Enhancement Pack 4 (4.0.6)

Please note, this enhancement pack contains all the fixes contained in Enhancement Packs 1, 2 and 3 as well as the following:

General

- Improve selection for "Manager of Month" awards
- Improved reputation changes due to promotion/relegation
- Fixed bug where Northwich move to a massive 200,000+ seater stadium
- Made players clubs look for take into account whether the club is active in Europe more
- Adjusted progression of agility and balance characteristics for players
- Fixed contract decision news for non playing staff when no news body text was getting generated.
- Coach and scout reports can now be done on players who are on trial.

- Fixed friendly screen bug where choosing a team would sometimes result in a different team being selected.

- Managers viewing matches controlled by other managers no longer have their speed/highlights settings used to determine the settings for the match.
- Tuned match conditions slightly (defenders conditions dropped a tad too much basically)
- Prevented players from moaning at the referee quite so much
- Prevented referee's from moving free-kicks forward 10 yards too often

Ich sehe nix ueber die Regionalliga bugs (und ne Reserve oder U19 Liga in Deutschland waere auch geil). Wir sollten diesmal wirklich alle unsere Probleme und Vorschlaege sammeln und über Ronald die Kommunikation mit SI suchen damit sie uns im EP4 nicht auch wieder vergessen.

In der 2. BL gibts immer noch kein Fernsehgeld und auch keine Punktprämien am Ende der Saison. In der englischen Liga dagegen funktioniert das ohne Probleme - kein Wunder, dass die dann immer Spieler für 50 Mio Euro kaufen können

Für alle die sich so (völlig zu Recht) über die unfähigen Insolvenzverwalter aufregen, hier noch ein paar gute Nachrichten von Mr. Vaughan was EP4 betrifft:

Releasing players: Every now and then you'll get rid of a player on a free transfer to another club to lower the wage bill. Except your Administrators successfully renegotiate the deal to make it a swap for someone who is a) ****e b) paid more than the guy who is leaving and c) not bloody needed anyway.
Administrators are much less likely to do swap deals in EP#4 and never if it will increase the wage bill.

The administrators fail to control your wage budgets in my opinion. The whole point of them being there is to cut club costs and maximise incomes. The ability of a manager to offer lucrative contracts to players on free transfers should be severely impaired - but isn't.
This has been improved in EP#4.

Administrators should also take more of an active role in the transfer of players. They should be approaching other clubs with players deemed non-essential to the club (because obviously the club will avoid losing it's best players if possible) to attempt to procure not only a reduction in the wage bill, but also a incoming transfer fee.
This has again been improved in EP#4.
